Message: The gentleman that helped us was extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. We ended up buying new boots for both myself and my dad. He steamed my boots to quicken the break-in process which was extremely helpful and avoided the pain of breaking in the boots.

Message: The team in this store was on it. We needed help and a bit of space. We tried on 20+ pairs of boots. The team all checked in on us and Breyton (sp?) made it his mission to fit my daughter’s boots. Some stretching they can do pre-sale, some has to be done post sale. He made it clear and did the right stretching of her larger foot boot and my kid loves her boots. Great job team! Thank you! The young man helping us was absolutely perfect. Well done.

Message: A bit pricey for my taste, but this isn't a general store for clothing and shoes. High quality left and right is the only quality you'll get. I went in with my mom for work shoes, we came out with more. The staff are very polite, helpful and educated about their goods. Though pricey, many items were on sale, along with 'buy 1 get 1 free' promotions. We signed up for the rewards system and we'll be back to use those points. Thank you for the great service.
